1. BEGIN PUBLICITY Complete the Description of Small Group form & return it to the Discipleship office before publicity deadline. - If this form is incomplete, we may not be able to publicize your group. - Keep a copy of your Description of Small Group form for your own records. - Be creative when writing a brief description of your group. Be more specific than writing we have a Bible study and pray together. Almost every small group has these components. What makes your group unique? - You can find the Description of Small Group form on North Heights’ website in the small groups page, at Leadership Community, or by contacting the Discipleship Office. 2. PUBLICITY CHANGES If you need to update or correct publicity information about your group, contact Allison, 651-255-3873 or email  aschmitt@nhlc.org as soon as possible. 3. STOP PUBLICITY Contact Allison, 651-255-3873 or email  aschmitt@nhlc.org to remove your group from publications before the next publicity deadline.

We will do our best to publicize every group that wants to be advertised in the following written forms: - up.to.date (North Heights newspaper mailed to homes.) - Open Small Groups (A flier put in brochure racks, on bulletin boards and in the Visitor Welcome Centers.) - Sunday Bulletin & Sunday PowerPoint (Selected Sunday morning small groups will occasionally be listed with the day, time and location of the group. Other selected groups may also be listed
